I like Indian food and I am not Indian. My favourite Indian restaurant is Saravanaa Bhavan.
The food there are very nice like Indian pancakes, dosa, chapati, idli and the gravy and sauces are just yummy, but I don't know how to make them. To make Indian pancakes are rather tedious, for example the one above. Can I make the batter in bulk and store them in the refrigerator, and how long can it last if it is stored? Can the batter be frozen?
this batter cannot be stored for long time. you can keep it for 2 to 3 days.
