Heat oil in a pan, add in onions, curry leaves, chillies, salt and saute for a min.
Now add in all spice powders and toss well.
Pour this in mashed potatoes and mix well. Divide it into equal portions. Shape it into balls.
Take bread slices and dip into water, squeeze and mash well.
Take small portion, flatten it slightly, put potato ball in the center, cover it up, smooth it up.
Heat oil for deep frying. Drop balls in, and fry till golden.
Drain and serve.
