  • Roasted Whole Cashews - 2 cups
  • Butter or Ghee - 2 tblspn
  • Curry leaves a handful
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli Powder to taste
  • Chat Masala Powder to taste


  • Heat little butter in a pan, add in cashews and toast it till golden. This has to be done on a low heat. It will take around 10 mins.
  • Now add in curry leaves and cook till it crisp up.
  • Now take it off the heat and add salt and other spices. Toss well.
  • Cool this down.
  • Store in an air tight container and serve.
