Ingredients
▢
Samosa Sheets / Samosa Patti- 25 to 30
▢
Oil or Butter for brushing over samosa
▢
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 3 tblspn
▢
Water - 3 tblspn
▢
For Keema Filling:
▢
Oil - 2 tblspn
▢
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1.5 tsp
▢
Onion - 1 large chopped finely
▢
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
▢
Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely
▢
Tomatoes - 2 large chopped finely or pureed
▢
Green Peas - 1.5 cup
I used frozen
▢
Minced Chicken - 500 grams
▢
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
▢
Coriander Powder / Malli Podi - 1.5 tblspn
▢
Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi - 1 tsp
▢
Cumin Powder / Jeera Powder - 1.5 tsp
▢
Garam Masala Powder - 2 tsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
▢
Water if needed
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add in cumin and let it sizzle.
▢
Add in onions, chillies and salt. Saute till golden.
▢
Now add in ginger garlic paste and cook for couple of mins.
▢
Add in spice powders and mix well.
▢
Then add in tomatoes and cook till mushy.
▢
Add in chicken and keep frying to break them up.
▢
Now cook this for 8 to 10 mins till chicken is done.
▢
Now add in peas and cook for couple of mins.
▢
Add in coriander leaves and mix well..Set aside.
▢
Then take your samosa sheets. Spoon some filling in and fold it like samosa.
▢
Seal the end with a flour paste. Arrange this in a parchment lined baking tray and oil it well on both sides.
▢
Now bake this for 20 to 30 mins, flip it over inbetween.
▢
Remove it when golden, serve hot.
