Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cup / 150 grams Wheat Flour / Atta
  • ¼ cup / 30 grams Corn flour / Cornstarch
  • ½ cup / 50 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ¾ tsp Baking Soda / Cooking Soda
  • cup / 80 ml Oil
  • Honey - ⅔ cup / 160 ml
  • 1 ripe around 1 cupAvocado
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ¾ cup / 180 ml Milk
  • ½ cup + extra for topping Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • My 1 cup measures 240 ml

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with cupcake cases. Set aside.
  • Take flour, cocoa, cornflour, baking soda, baking powder, chocolate chips in a separate bowl and mix well.
  • Puree avocado in a blender and scoop it into a bowl.
  • Add in oil, milk, honey, vanilla and mix well.
  • Now add in the dry ingredients and fold gently,
  • Scoop this into cupcake mould using icecream scoop and top with some chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 mins.
  • Remove it from oven and let it sit in the mould for 10 mins.
  • Remove it and cool it.
  • Serve.
