    This was my last few days breakfast muffin. i made a big batch and put it in a air tight container and stored it in fridge. Daily morning i warmed this muffin for few secs in microwave and had it with a cup of soy milk. YUMMY ONE..

    This muffins turned out so soft, moist and extremely chocolaty. Avocado act as a great eggless substitute in this recipe. You dont need much oil as well in this recipe. So it is so healthy and taste so delicious..

    Preparation Time : 10 mins
    Baking Time : 15 to 20 mins
    Makes : 12 muffins

    Ingredients:

    Wheat Flour / Atta - 1 ¼ cup / 150 grams
    Cornflour / Cornstarch - ¼ cup / 30 grams
    Cocoa Powder - ½ cup / 50 grams
    Baking powder - 1 tsp
    Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ¾ tsp
    Oil - ⅓ cup / 80 ml
    Honey - ⅔ cup / 160 ml
    Avocado - 1 ripe (around 1 cup)
    Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
    Milk - ¾ cup / 180 ml
    Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips - ½ cup + extra for topping

    (My 1 cup measures 240 ml)

    Method:

    Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with cupcake cases. Set aside.

    Take flour, cocoa, cornflour, baking soda, baking powder, chocolate chips in a separate bowl and mix well. 

    Puree avocado in a blender and scoop it into a bowl.

    Add in oil, milk, honey, vanilla and mix well. 

    Now add in the dry ingredients and fold gently,

    Scoop this into cupcake mould using icecream scoop and top with some chocolate chips on top.

    Bake for 15 to 20 mins.

    Remove it from oven and let it sit in the mould for 10 mins.

    Remove it and cool it.

    Serve.

    i used a icecream scoop to fill the muffin mould

    scatter top of the muffin with chocolate chips

    Now it is done

      Hi, ur recipe calls for maida, but in the instructions it's wheat flour. Which flour to use. Can I try it with wheat flour? Thank you

      It cannot be so healthy unless you avoid maida. Avoid using them, it is not good for your family's health.
