Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup / 90 grams Wheat Flour / Atta
  • ½ cup / 45 grams Oats i used quick cooking instant
  • ¼ cup / 50 grams Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda / Cooking Soda
  • Salt a pinch
  • 1 large mashed around 1 cup Ripe Banana
  • 3 tblspn Oil i used cooking oil
  • ½ cup / 120 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ( My 1 cup measures 240 ml)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200 degree C. Line 7 muffin cases with cupcake cases.
  • Take banana in a bowl and mash it roughly with fork.
  • Add in oil, milk, vanilla, sugar and mix well
  • Add in oats, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
  • Use a ice cream scoop to fill the cupcake cases with the batter. Fill to the top.
  • Bake for 18 to 20 mins.
  • Remove it and let it cool for 15 mins.
  • Serve warm
