  • All Purpose Flour - 150 gms or 1 ½ cup
  • Sugar-150 gms or ¾ cup
  • Butter-100 gms or ½ cup
  • Dark Chocolate-100 gms or 3 ounce
  • Baking powder-1 tsp
  • Baking soda-1 tsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Cherry Jam or any Fruit Jam- 100 gms or 3 ounce
  • Eggs-2
  • Vanilla Essence-1 tsp
  • Cherries
  • Whipped Cream


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C(350°F). Butter a tin and dust it with flour.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt together and set aside.
  • Melt butter and chocolate in microwave for 1 min.
  • Add in egg, sugar, jam vanilla in this and mix well.
  • Add the flour mixture in this and mix well.
  • Pour this in the tin and bake it for 30-40 mins or until the brownie is cooked.
  • Remove this and let it cool completely.
  • Cut the brownies into pieces. Take one piece and add some whipped cream on top.
  • Decorate this with cherries and serve.
