  • 15 Strawberry
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Gelatin
  • ¾ cup Water
  • 1.5 tsp Lemon Juice
  • few drops Strawberry Essence optional


  • Start by soaking gelatin in ¾ cup of water for 10 mins.
  • Take strawberries and sugar in a blender and make it into a fine puree. Sieve this and set aside.
  • Add in lemon juice and strawberry essence. Set aside.
  • Now heat the gelatin on low heat till it is melted and clear.
  • Pour this into the strawberry puree and mix well.
  • Now pour this mix into the mould and chill overnight.
  • For inverting, dip the pudding in hot water for few second and invert it.
  • Serve cold.
