After i made the pudding, i was looking through my bakeware collection to find a mould to set this pudding. I got this beautiful rose mould which i happened to buy couple years back and didn’t use even once..I thought of setting this puddding in that because of the colour. This will be a perfect desert on valentines day, nothing would be perfect than strawberries right?

Preparation Time : 10 mins
Chilling Time : Overnight
Serves : 2 to 3

Ingredients:

Strawberry – 15
Sugar – 2 to 3 tblspn
Gelatin – 2 tsp
Water – 3/4 cup
Lemon Juice – 1.5 tsp
Strawberry Essence few drops (optional)

Method:

Start by soaking gelatin in 3/4 cup of water for 10 mins.

Take strawberries and sugar in a blender and make it into a fine puree. Sieve this and set aside.

Add in lemon juice and strawberry essence. Set aside.

Now heat the gelatin on low heat till it is melted and clear.

Pour this into the strawberry puree and mix well.
