Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Oil or Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam
  • 4 medium size boiled Potatoes
  • 2 large pureed Tomato
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder . Malli Podi
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Kasuri Methi Leaves
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Break potatoes roughly. Set aside.
  • Heat oil or ghee in a kadai. Add in cumin and let it sizzle.
  • Add in tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell leaves from this.
  • Add in all spice powders and cook till oil separates.
  • Now add in water, salt, and sugar. bring it to boil.
  • Once it boils, add in potatoes and simmer for 2 mins.
  • Now add in kasuri methi leaves and mix well.
  • Serve.
