Ingredients

  • 2 cup Regular Milk or Soy Milk
  • ½ cup Instant Quick Cooking Oats
  • Topping:
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Almonds / Walnuts as needed chopped

Instructions

  • Start by making strawberries, take chopped strawberries in a bowl, add in honey and vanilla and mix well. Set aside till you make the porridge.Chop some nuts as well.
  • Now in the same pan, add in oats, soy milk and  mix well. Cook till oats is done as per your liking. Cool it a bit.
  • Now spoon this into a bowl and top with strawberries and nuts.. Serve.
