Ingredients
  

  • For Masala:
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Onion large sliced around
  • 3 Tomato large chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp or to taste Chilli Powder
  • 2.5 tbsp Coriander Powder / Malli Podi
  • 2 tsp Fennel Seed Powder / Saunf / Sombu Podi
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander Leaves a handful finely chopped
  • For Cooking Turkey:
  • 500 grams Turkey
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • In a pressure cooker, take turkey, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Add some water and pressure cook for 3 whistle. Then simmer the flame and cook for 15 mins. Now turn off the heat and let the pressure go all by itself. Open the cooker and set aside.
  • Take onion and tomato in a blender and make it into a fine puree.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in onion tomato puree and mix well. Cover and cook this for 15 mins till oil separates from the mix. Stir inbetween.
  • Now add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
  • Add in salt and all spice powders and mix well.
  • Add in cooked turkey along with the liquid and mix well.
  • Cover and simmer this for 10 mins.
  • Serve.
