Ingredients
  

  • Rice-100 gm
  • Milk-1 litre
  • Sugar-1 ½ cup
  • Cashew-50 gms chopped
  • Almonds Badam-50 gms chopped
  • Pistachios pista-50 gms chopped
  • Rose water-1 tblspn
  • Cardamom Yelakai-2 crushed
  • Ghee-2 tblspn

Instructions
 

  • Soak basmati rice in water for 1 hour.Drain it and set it aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and fry rice in that for 3 min.Pour in the milk and let it come to a boil.Simmer for 30 min..
  • Add sugar and mix well.Let it cook for 15 min.Add in crushed cardamom and mix well.
  • Add in nuts and mix well.Drizzle some rose water in it and switch off the flame.
  • Serve warm or chilled.
