Start by mixing all the ingredients for meatballs. Shape into a balls.
Heat oil in a pan, drop meatballs in and fry till it gets nice colour. Drain and set aside.
In the same oil, add in garlic, onion and chilli. Saute for a min.
Add in salt and sugar and cook till it gets golden.
Add in tomato puree,chilli and pepper powder. Cook till the sauce is reduced.
Now add in water, oregano, basil and mix well.
Drop meatballs in and cook on a low heat for 15 mins.
Add coriander leaves and mix well. Sauce done.
Cook pasta in salted water as per package directions. Drain.
Plate some pasta in a plate, spoon some sauce over top and sprinkle over some cheese.
Serve hot.
