Strawberry mint juice is my go to recipe and it’s as easy to make as it is delicious. It hardly takes 5 minutes to whip up with just five simple ingredients. Strawberry mint juice is a vibrant and flavourful drink that combines the sweetness of fresh strawberries with the refreshing flavour of mint. This delicious drink will surely impress your family and friends!
Take all ingredients in a blender and puree till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
You can use a fine mesh sieve or a cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
If you want the juice to be thicker, reduce the amount of water and add more ice cubes.
You can also add vodka or rum for added twist while serving for adults.
Sparkling water or sparkling soda can also be added for a fizzy twist.
Storage
Store if there is any leftover of this strawberry mint juice in a glass jar in the refrigerator. It stays good for 3 days. For a longer shelf life, pour the leftover drink in an ice cube tray or silicone ice mould. It can be used as flavoured ice cubes in the future.Serving : Serve this drink in a cup or in shots glass. It tastes best when served chilled with ice cubes. Garnish the drink with mint leaves, strawberry slices or lemon wedge on the side of the glass. This drink can also be used as a base for mocktails.Mojitos : For mojito style, add some sodas to the strawberry mint juice. In the serving glass, spread salt or sugar in the glass rim and pour the juice in them.Party dispensers : This is my go-to option when I host birthday parties at home. In a large glass dispenser with spout, fill them with water, ice cubes, strawberry and mint leaves. Mix them well. Nearby keep a serving tray with cups or glasses. So, family and friends just walk in and drink the juice.
