Sweet Coconut Sandwich Recipe
Delicious sweet coconut sandwich which is specially a treat breakfast. This is perfect with a cup of coffee or tea for tea time.
Ingredients
- Bread Slices - 4
- Coconut - 1 cup grated
- Powdered Sugar - 4 tblsp
- Raisins - 2 tblsp
- Almonds / Badam - 2 tblsp chopped finely
- Butter as needed
Instructions
- Take coconut,sugar, raisins, almonds in a bowl and mix well.
- Take bread slices, spread the coconut mix in and sandwich with other slice.
- Cook till golden on both sides in butter.
- Serve.
