Sweet Corn Sundal Recipe
A really simple sweet corn sundal or salad which you can make for your snacks. Taste really good. Try this unique sundal for this navrathri.
Ingredients
- Sweet Corn -2 cups cooked
- Oil - 1 tblsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Dry Red Chilli - 2
- Curry leaves a sprig
- Coconut - ½ cup
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard and urad dal and let them sizzle.
- Add in dry red chilli and curry leaves. Toss well.
- Add in coconut and mix well.
- Add in sweet corn and salt. Toss well.
- Serve.
