3 cups cubed Watermelon 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice 3 to 4 tablespoon or as needed Simple Syrup Icecubes as needed Lemon Slice for garnishing For simple syrup: 1 cup Sugar 1 cup Water
Start by making simple syrup, take sugar and water in a sauce pan, heat till it is melted, now bring it to a boil and boil it for 5 mins.
Remove it to a bowl and cool it down. Pour into clean glass and store in fridge for many many years,
Take watermelon in a blender and make it into a puree. Strain the juice,
Add in lemon juice and sugar syrup. Mix well.
Take a glass, add few icecubes. pour the juice in and place a slice of lemon and serve.
