Cauliflower rice is a healthy alternative for regular rice. Perfect rice to enjoy with hot curries when you are in a low carb diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and soak cauliflower for 30 mins in salted water. Drain and set aside.
  • Chop them finely using a chopper or food processor.Toss them in salt and leave them to sweat for atleast 15 mins.
  • Squeeze out extra water. Take them in microwave safe bowl. Cover with a lid. Cook in microwave for 3 to 4 mins.
  • You can cook them in a pan covered and cooked on a low heat.
