Instructions

Wash and soak cauliflower for 30 mins in salted water. Drain and set aside.

Chop them finely using a chopper or food processor.Toss them in salt and leave them to sweat for atleast 15 mins.
▢
Squeeze out extra water. Take them in microwave safe bowl. Cover with a lid. Cook in microwave for 3 to 4 mins.
▢
You can cook them in a pan covered and cooked on a low heat.
