Ingredients
▢
Rice Flour - 5 part
▢
Urad dal Flour - 1 part
▢
Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
▢
Ghee - 1 tblsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya podi a pinch
▢
Water as needed
▢
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
▢
Mix flour, sesame seeds, asafoetida, salt, ghee in a bowl.
▢
Add water and make into a soft dough.
▢
Place it in a press. Make thenkulal.
▢
Deep fry in hot oil till crisp.
▢
Serve.
