Ice-Cream Cake Recipe
Delicious cake which is made using leftover cherry cake slices and then topped with a creamy tutti fruity icecream. So delicious.

Ingredients

Sponge cake or Any cake slices as needed
▢
Instant Jelly Packet - 1
▢
Whipping Cream Powder - 1 cup
▢
Cold Milk - ¾ cup
▢
Sweetened Condensed Milk - ½ cup or to taste
▢
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
▢
Tutti Fruity - ½ cup
Instructions
▢
Prepare jelly as per instructions. set aside to set a little in fridge.
▢
Line a pan with foil or plastic wrap and set aside.
▢
Take cake slices and dip in the jelly and arrange it in the pan.
▢
Take whipping cream powder, milk in a bowl and whisk till thick.
▢
Add in condensed milk, vanilla and tutti fruity and fold gently.
▢
Spoon this in to the pan and top with another layer of cake slices dip in jelly. Wrap it well freeze overnight.
▢
Slice and serve.
