Gulkand Phirni Recipe

Ingredients
▢
Basmati Rice - ½ cup
▢
Water - ½ cup
▢
Milk - 3 to 4 cups
▢
Sugar - ½ cup or to taste
▢
Gulkand - ½ cup
▢
Rose Extract few drops
▢
Pink Food Colour few drops
Instructions
▢
Take rice in a bowl, soak for 1 to 2 hours. Drain and take it in a blender. Puree till smooth.
▢
Take the rice mix in a sauce pan, add milk and cook till rice is completely done.
▢
Add sugar and mix well. Take it off the heat and add in gulkand and mix well.
▢
Add rose extract and pink food colour. Mix well.
▢
Chill this before serving.
