Ingredients
▢
Almond Flour
- 1 cup
100 grams Recipe
here
▢
Sugar - ¼ cup
50 grams
▢
Egg White - 1
▢
Cardamom Powder - ⅛ tsp
▢
Rose water for greasing hands
▢
Blanched Almonds as needed
Instructions
▢
Preheat oven to 200 degree C. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
▢
Take almonds, sugar, egg white, cardamom in a bowl and mix well to form a sticky dough.
▢
Grease your hands with rose water and take a small portion of dough and roll it into balls.
▢
Arrange on baking pan and place a blanched almonds on top.
▢
Pop it in oven and bake for 10 to 12 mins.
▢
Remove and cool completely.
▢
Serve or store in a air tight container.
