Ingredients
▢
Rava / Sooji - 1 cup
▢
Sugar - 1.5 cup
▢
Water - 1 cup
▢
Milk - 1 cup
▢
Ghee - 3 tblspn
▢
Apples - ¼ cup chopped finely
▢
Orange - ¼ cup chopped finely
▢
Pomegranate - ¼ cup chopped finely
▢
Grapes - ¼ cup chopped finely
▢
Ripe Banana - ¼ cup chopped finely
▢
Badam - 10
▢
Cashews - 10
▢
Kishmish / Sultanas - 2 tblspn

Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Yellow Food Colouring a pinch
Instructions
▢
Take 2 tblspn of ghee in a kadai. Add in the nuts and kishmish. Saute till golden, drain and set aside.

Now in the same ghee add in all fruits and saute for couple of mins.
▢
Now in the near by stove, place a sauce pan, take milk and water in the sauce pan. Add in the sauted fruits and food colour. Bring it to boil.

Now in the kadai which you sauted fruits, There will be few drops of ghee left, if not add a tsp of ghee and add in rava and saute for 2 mins.

Now add in the boiled milk and fruit mix. Mix well. Keep stiring. It will get thick.
▢
Once it get thick and rava is cooked, add in sugar and mix well.
▢
Keep stiring, it will get liquidy first then it will get thick.
▢
Once it reaches a thick stage, add in cardamom powder and mix well.
▢
Add in 1 tblspn of ghee and mix well.
▢
Add in fried nuts and mix.
▢
Serve hot.
