Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

Delicious soft bakery style banana muffins which has a addition of chocolate chips and bananas.

Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 ½ cup 180 grams
  • Sugar - ⅔ cup 130 gram
  • Baking Powder - 1 ½ tsp
  • Mashed Banana - 1 cup about 2 large banana
  • Egg - 1
  • Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
  • Oil - ½ cup 120 ml
  • Milk - ¼ cup 60 ml
  • Chocolate Chips - ¾ cup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a muffin tray with cupcake cases and set aside.
  • Take banana, sugar,egg, oil, vanilla in a bowl and whisk well.
  • Now add in flour, baking powder and fold gently.
  • Add milk and chocolate chips and mix well.
  • Scoop this into paper lined muffin tray and sprinkle the top with some chocolate chips.
  • Bake for 25 to 35 mins untill a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
  • Remove and cool a bit.
  • Serve.
