All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 ½ cup
180 grams
Sugar - ⅔ cup
130 gram
Baking Powder - 1 ½ tsp
Mashed Banana - 1 cup
about 2 large banana
Egg - 1
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Oil - ½ cup
120 ml
Milk - ¼ cup
60 ml
Chocolate Chips - ¾ cup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a muffin tray with cupcake cases and set aside.
Take banana, sugar,egg, oil, vanilla in a bowl and whisk well.
Now add in flour, baking powder and fold gently.
Add milk and chocolate chips and mix well.
Scoop this into paper lined muffin tray and sprinkle the top with some chocolate chips.
Bake for 25 to 35 mins untill a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Remove and cool a bit.
Serve.
