Mixed Fruits
I used apples, pineapple, pear, guava, green apple and cantaloupe

Low Fat Milk / Skimmed Milk as needed
▢
Sabja Seeds as needed
▢
Sugar or Honey to taste
Instructions
▢
Take fruits in a blender, add milk and make it into a smooth puree. If you want sweet, you can add sugar or honey to this.
▢
Now add more milk as needed and add in sabja seed.
▢
Mix well and set aside for 10 mins.
▢
Serve.
