Mixed Fruit Smoothie
I am making this smoothie more often nowadays and I am loving it. You can add any of your favourite fruits and make this. It is made with skimmed milk so it is good for dieting. I don't add any sweetener in this, since I love the natural sweetness from the fruits. You can add honey or sugar as you like.

About Mixed Fruit Smoothie
If you don't feel like cooking during hot summer days then this smoothie is the answer. You can customize the smoothie with any of your favorite mix of fruits. I love certain combination of fruits and change it from time to time.
When mangoes are in season, I add some of them into the smoothie which adds a tropical flavour. If you use fruits that are rich in sugar, you can skip sugar in this. But if you want you can use honey, agave or any sweetener of choice.
My Favorite Flavour Combinations
Tropical Vibe - Mangoes, Pineapple, Coconut Milk & Honey
Citrus - Orange, Pineapple, Mint.
Green Smoothie - Pineapple, mangoes, chia seeds, spinach, yogurt and milk.

Mixed Fruit Smoothie Ingredients

- Mixed Fruits ( I used apples, pineapple, pear, guava, green apple and cantaloupe)
- Low Fat Milk / Skimmed Milk as needed
- Sabja Seeds as needed
- Sugar or Honey to taste

How to Make Mixed Fruit Smoothie
- Take fruits in a blender, add milk and make it into a smooth puree. If you want sweet, you can add sugar or honey to this.
- Now add more milk as needed and add in sabja seed.
- Mix well and set aside for 10 mins.
- Serve.
