    Mixed Fruit Smoothie recipe with step by step pictures. This recipe is made using just 4 ingredients as mixed fruits, low fat milk, sabja seeds and sugar.

    Mixed Fruit Smoothie

    I am making this smoothie more often nowadays and i am loving it. You can add any of your favourite fruits and make this..It is made with skimmed milk so it is good for dieting. I don't add any sweetener in this, since i love the natural sweetness from the fruits. You can add honey or sugar as you like.

    Ingredients for Mixed Fruit Smoothie

    • Mixed Fruits ( I used apples, pineapple, pear, guava, green apple and cantaloupe)
    • Low Fat Milk / Skimmed Milk as needed
    • Sabja Seeds as needed
    • Sugar or Honey to taste

    How to Make Mixed Fruit Smoothie

    1. Take fruits in a blender, add milk and make it into a smooth puree. If you want sweet, you can add sugar or honey to this.
    2. Now add more milk as needed and add in sabja seed.
    3. Mix well and set aside for 10 mins.
    4. Serve.
