Ingredients
▢
Poha / Aval- 2 cups
i used red rice poha
▢
Water - ½ cup
▢
Jaggery - ½ cup
▢
Apples - 1 chopped finely
▢
Pomegranate - 1 cup
▢
Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
▢
Cherries - 2 tblspn chopped finely
▢
Coconut - ½ cup grated
Instructions
▢
Take jaggery and water and mix well.
▢
Take poha in a bowl, strain the jaggery water and mix well. Set side for 10 mins. If it is not softened, sprinkle more water and set aside.
▢
Now add in all ingredients and mix well.
▢
Serve cold.
