Poha Salad Recipe
Poha is a healthy ingredient and it taste really delicious. This is a poha fruit salad which i made for navaratri and it was yummy. It is healthy and easy to make as well. Hope you will like it and let me know how it turns out for you.
Ingredients for Poha Salad
- Water - ½ cup
- Jaggery - ½ cup
- Apples - 1 chopped finely
- Pomegranate - 1 cup
- Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
- Cherries - 2 tblspn chopped finely
- Coconut - ½ cup grated
How to Make Poha Fruit Salad
Take jaggery and water and mix well.
Take poha in a bowl, strain the jaggery water and mix well. Set side for 10 mins. If it is not softened, sprinkle more water and set aside.
Now add in all ingredients and mix well.
Serve cold.

Ingredients
- Poha / Aval- 2 cups i used red rice poha
- Water - ½ cup
