Ingredients

  • Whole Cashews - 2 cups
  • Honey - 3 tblspn
  • Butter - 2 tblspn
  • Cinnamon Powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 to 2 tblspn

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or foil and set aside.
  • If you are using raw cashews, roast it in a dry pan for few mins till it is roasted lightly toasted.
  • Now take honey, butter in a sauce pan and melt it gently. Now add in cinnamon and salt and mix well.
  • Pour this over the cashews and mix well.
  • Pour this over the baking pan and spread in a single layer. Now pop this in oven and bake for 5 to 6 mins.Remove it and toss gently, pop it back in oven and bake for another 5 mins.
  • Now remove it from oven and let it cool down for 5 mins.
  • Take it in a bowl and sprinkle with some sugar. Toss well.
  • Serve or store it in a air tight container.
