Ingredients

  • 10 pieces Seitan RECIPE HERE
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 tbsp Gram Flour / Kadalai Mavu / Besan
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for pan frying

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except oil and seitan. Add seitan and mix well. Leave to sit for 5 mins.
  • Now heat little oil in a pan, add the seitan and cook till golden on both sides.
  • Remove and serve.
