    Pan Fried Seitan Recipe - Vegetarian Wheat Meat Recipe

    This is the recipe which i made using the seitan which i made and it tasted very similar to meat. The texture was just like that and it is a best vegetarian option. You have to give this a try for sure.

    Preparation Time: 10 mins
    Cooking Time : 2 mins
    Serves: 2 to 4


    Ingredients:

    Seitan - 10  pieces (RECIPE HERE)
    Yogurt - 3 tblspn
    Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
    Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
    Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
    Gram Flour / Kadalai Mavu / Besan - 2 tblspn
    Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    Oil for pan frying


    Method:

    Mix all ingredients except oil and seitan. Add seitan and mix well. Leave to sit for 5 mins.

    Now heat little oil in a pan, add the seitan and cook till golden on both sides.

    Remove and serve.
