Pan Fried Seitan
This is the recipe which i made using the seitan which i made and it tasted very similar to meat. The texture was just like that and it is a best vegetarian option. You have to give this a try for sure.

Ingredients for Pan Fried Seitan
- Seitan - 10 pieces (RECIPE HERE)
- Yogurt - 3 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Gram Flour / Kadalai Mavu / Besan - 2 tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for pan frying

How to make Pan Fried Seitan
- Mix all ingredients except oil and seitan. Add seitan and mix well. Leave to sit for 5 mins.
- Now heat little oil in a pan, add the seitan and cook till golden on both sides.
- Remove and serve.

Ingredients
