  • 3 cups Puffed Rice
  • ½ cup Boiled Peanuts
  • 1 medium Onion chopped finely
  • 1 Tomato chopped finely
  • Coriander leaves a small handful finely chopped
  • Chilli Powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chat Masala Powder to taste
  • Dates & Tamarind Chutney as needed
  • Sev / Oma podi as needed for topping

Instructions

  • Mix everything up and serve immediately.
