Ingredients

  • 1 large Long Green Brinjal
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Water as needed
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Take all the ingredients except brinjals and oil in a bowl and mix to a smooth paste.
  • Add brinjals in and toss well.
  • Heat oil in a tawa and pan fry the brinjals on low to medium heat till golden and cooked.
  • Remove to a plate and serve
