Take all ingredients for pakora and mix well. Heat oil for deep frying, drop pakora in and fry till golden. Drain and set aside.
Now take yogurt, gram flour, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder in a bowl and whisk well. Now add in water and make it thin.
Now heat oil in a kadai, add in mustard, cumin, fenugreek seeds. Sizzle for a min.
Now add in dry red chillies, ginger and chillies and saute for a min.,
Add in the kadhi mix in and bring it to a boil. Once it boils, simmer it for 5 mins.
Now add in pakora and simmer for another 5 mins,.
Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve.
