Ingredients

For Dough:

Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu

Salt

Water

grated Fresh Coconut

grated Jaggery / Sarkarai

Instructions
▢
Bring water to a boil in a sauce pan. When it starts to boil, take it off the heat and add in salt and oil.
▢
Add in rice flour and mix well. It will get thick. Now cover it and let it cool down.
▢
Once it is cooled, add in some grated coconut and make small balls out of it.
▢
Place the balls in a oiled steaming plate and place it in steam and steam cook for 7 to 8 mins. Remove it and allow it to cool down.
▢
Heat jaggery and water in a pan, allow it to melt down, once it is melted strain it.
▢
Now pour this back in to the pan again, add in coconut and cardamom powder and toss well.
▢
Add in steamed kozhukattai and toss till the jaggery coats the kozhukattai.
▢
Now heat a tsp of ghee and fry some cashews and kishmish till golden..
▢
Pour this over the kozhukatai and mix well.
▢
