Ingredients

  • 20 Prawns
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Oil for deep frying
  • For Marinating:
  • 2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch or as needed
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves torn into small pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Water few spoons if needed

Instructions

  • Mix prawns with salt and turmeric powder. Set aside for 10 mins.
  • Add it to a pot and keep cooking it for 2 to 3 mins untill the raw smell leaves from it and it is half way cooked. Now remove it to a bowl and let it cool down.
  • Now add in all the other ingredients and mix well. Leave it for 5 mins.
  • Deep fry in oil till crispy.
  • Drain and serve.
