    Prawn 65

Shrimp | Prawn is hubby's favourite. Since many of my viewers have told me that i don't have much prawn recipes in my blog. I have started cooking with them and posting here.

This is a very famous recipe which we order often when we dine in any restaurant. It is spicy, crispy and hot. Love it with a bowl of soup or with some ketchup..

Came out superb!! I had some left over prawns I already cleaned & marinated in turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste for a day. I decided to try this recipe. The only change I made is- I added red food coloring. Everything else was exact. It was just too damn good! The crispiness from the corn starch added that extra flavor lol. Had for dinner with beans carrot poriyal and sambar sadam. I'm going to try this exact recipe with chicken thighs in a few days.
Thank you sooo much! Please dont stop blogging. It helps us who are away from home
