Hi Arthi,
Thanks for the receipe.your dishes are really awesome.can you please clarify a dbt,why do we saute prawns initially and then deep fry it again?
Can we deep fry them directly ?
I was waiting for this recipe. Thanks Aarthi
@Anonymouscooking prawns first takes the raw fishy taste which i dont like at all. and makes the prawn more juicy
I tried this recipe and it came out 5 star standard. Never tasted anywhere prawn 65 this good. It was delicious & crunchy. Myself & my hubby enjoyed it so much and he was very happy to finish most of it. Thanks so much Aarthi! God bless you & family
Mostly i will try all ur recipes. All recipes came well. Especially i like ur pictorial representation of ur recipes vnice
That looks absolutely delicious..
Came out superb!! I had some left over prawns I already cleaned & marinated in turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste for a day. I decided to try this recipe. The only change I made is- I added red food coloring. Everything else was exact. It was just too damn good! The crispiness from the corn starch added that extra flavor lol. Had for dinner with beans carrot poriyal and sambar sadam. I’m going to try this exact recipe with chicken thighs in a few days.
Thank you sooo much! Please dont stop blogging. It helps us who are away from home
