Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice
  • 15 to 20 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 to 4 Thippili / Long Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1.5 tsp Dried Ginger Powder
  • 2 cup Milk + 2 cup
  • 2 cups Water
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Wash rice well and add it to pressure cooker.
  • Add in all ingredients except the two cups of milk. Pressure cook for 4 whistle, simmer for 10 mins. Turn off the heat and let the steam go all by itself.
  • Open the cooker and add in 2 cups of milk and mix well.
  • Serve.
