I get many mails from new moms asking me to give recipes which increases the supply of breast milk. So i thought of sharing some recipe which my mom made for me after my delivery. I am planning to do a collection of recipes as well. Will do it soon..

This is one recipe which i got from my perimma. She gave it to me and mom when i had my baby. It is a best post pregnancy porridge for lactating moms. It increases the supply of breast milk. I used to have this porridge atleast thrice or four times a week. The main thing is the amount of garlic and milk added in this. That is so good for lactating moms. And the addition of long pepper helps clear any throat or cold. And dried ginger powder helps in digestion.

Great recipe! I'm not breastfeeding right now, but I was feeling unwell on Sunday, so I needed something filling and comforting for breakfast that wouldn't take too much work. So I found this porridge recipe and bam! we had a quick breakfast. This is going into my ironclad recipe set.
