Ingredients

  • 8 Bread Slices
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • ½ sliced thinly Onion
  • ½ sliced thinly Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • For Veggie Filling:
  • ½ cup grated Carrot
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped Onion
  • ½ cup thinly sliced Cabbage
  • 3 tbsp finely choppedCapsicum / Bell Peppers
  • 1 chopped finelyGreen Chilli
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Mayonnaise (RECIPE HERE)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp Sugar
  • For Chicken Filling:
  • 11/2 cup cooked and shredded Chicken
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Mayonnaise RECIPE HERE
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Sauce

Instructions

  • Mix the veggie filling ingredients, chicken filling ingredients in separate bowls and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a small pan, and crack a egg in, season it with salt and pepper. flip over and cook. Remove and set aside.
  • Take a breadslice, butter it slightly, place veggies filling in, cover with another bread, butter it and place egg in, place few onion and tomato slices over it. Cover with another bread, butter it and spoon some chicken filling in cover with another buttered bread.
  • Now cover this entire thing with foil and let it set for 15 mins.
  • Cut it into traingles.
  • Serve.
