Ingredients

For Cake :

¾
cup
/ 90 gms All Purpose Flour / Maida
▢
½
cup
/ 100 gms Sugar
▢
½
tsp
Baking Soda
▢
½
cup
/ 120 ml Milk
▢

melted Unsalted Butter
▢

Vanilla Essence
▢

Vinegar or Lemon Juice

For Chocoate Glaze:
▢

/ 100 gms Sugar

Cocoa Powder

melted Unsalted Butter

Instructions
▢
Take flour, sugar, baking soda in a bowl and mix well.
▢
Make a well in the center of the bowl, pour in milk, melted butter and vanilla in it. Fold to mix.
▢
Add in vinegar and mix well to form a smooth batter.
▢
Now grease a microwave safe dish with butter generously, pour the batter in and bake for 3 mins.
▢
Remove it and let it cool down for 5 mins. Now release the sides with a knife and invert it to a plate.
▢
Now make icing, take sugar, cocoa and butter in a bowl and mix well. Pop the bowl in a microwave for 30 sec.
▢
Now the mix with get little loose. Add in more milk a tblspn at a time and mix well to get the right consistency.
▢
Pour this icing over the cake, pour the icing when the cake is still warm. Top it with some sprinkles.
▢
Slice and serve.
