Ingredients

  • For Cake :
  • ¾ cup / 90 gms All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • ½ cup / 100 gms Sugar
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ cup / 120 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp melted Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1.5 tsp Vinegar or Lemon Juice
  • For Chocoate Glaze:
  • ½ cup / 100 gms Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp melted Unsalted Butter
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Milk

Instructions

  • Take flour, sugar, baking soda in a bowl and mix well.
  • Make a well in the center of the bowl, pour in milk, melted butter and vanilla in it. Fold to mix.
  • Add in vinegar and mix well to form a smooth batter.
  • Now grease a microwave safe dish with butter generously, pour the batter in and bake for 3 mins.
  • Remove it and let it cool down for 5 mins. Now release the sides with a knife and invert it to a plate.
  • Now make icing, take sugar, cocoa and butter in a bowl and mix well. Pop the bowl in a microwave for 30 sec.
  • Now the mix with get little loose. Add in more milk a tblspn at a time and mix well to get the right consistency.
  • Pour this icing over the cake, pour the icing when the cake is still warm. Top it with some sprinkles.
  • Slice and serve.
