Bombay Sandwich Masala Recipe with step by step pictures. This is made with Dry Mango Powder, Cloves and Black Pepper. Sprinkle this magic powder over sandwiches and it adds so much flavour and taste.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Cumin Seeds
  • 15 Cloves
  • 5 cm Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Whole Black Pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp Black Salt
  • 1 tbsp Dry Mango Powder / Amchoor Powder

Instructions

  • Toast cumin seeds in a dry pan till it is turns little darker. Let this cool down to room temp.
  • Now add everything in a blender and powder it finely.
  • Let the mix cool. Store this in a air tight container.
