Ingredients

cup
+ Extra for coating onions All Purpose Flour / Maida

Baking Soda
▢
Salt to taste

Pepper Powder

+extra as needed Milk

large Onions

Oil for Deep frying
Instructions
▢
Take flour, baking soda, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix it well.
▢
Now pour in milk and mix well. The batter should be little thick, but not too thick or too thin. Place the batter in fridge for 30 mins.

Now peel your onions and cut them into thick rings. Separate each onion rings from it.
▢
You can use the leftover inside of the onions for curries.
▢
Heat oil for deep frying.
▢
Now take each onion rings and coat them with plain flour. Now dip each onions in batter and coat them well in the batter.
▢
Fry the onions in hot oil till golden. Drain onto paper towels.
▢
Serve with mayo.
