    Making onion rings can be so much funs than eating them. It taste so delicious too..I love to make them when i make burgers, it taste so heaven with them. It is so simple to make..There are few ways of making them, you can make breadcrumbed onion rings, beer battered onion rings, i made a plain milk battered onion rings and it turned out so good.

    I served these onion rings with homemade mayo..Onion rings and mayo taste so yummy, you got to try that combo..I hope you will try this out and let me know how it turned out..

    Preparation Time : 10 mins
    Resting Time : 30 mins
    Cooking Time : 1 or 2 mins per batch
    Serves : 1 to 2

    Ingredients:
    All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1 cup + Extra for coating onions
    Baking Soda - ¼ tsp 
    Salt to taste
    Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
    Milk - ¾ cup +extra as needed
    Onions - 2 large
    Oil for Deep frying
    Method:
    Take flour, baking soda, salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix it well.
    Now pour in milk and mix well. The batter should be little thick, but not too thick or too thin. Place the batter in fridge for 30 mins.
    Now peel your onions and cut them into thick rings. Separate each onion rings from it. You can use the leftover inside of the onions for curries.
    Heat oil for deep frying.
    Now take each onion rings and coat them with plain flour. Now dip each onions in batter and coat them well in the batter.
    Fry the onions in hot oil till golden. Drain onto paper towels. 
    Serve with mayo.

    you can use the middle part of these onions for some curries
