Ingredients

  • 2 cups Homemade Curd

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and place a sieve over it, line the sieve with cheesecloth.
  • Pour the curd in the cloth and wrap it up.
  • Now place the bowl in fridge overnight to let it drain.
  • Next morning hung curd is ready.
