Instructions

Crack open two eggs in a bowl, add in water and beat it till it is little fluffy. Add in salt and pepper and mix well

Heat butter in a nonstick frying pan, once it is melted.

Pour the egg mix in this and use a spoon to scramble it little so there is no much raw egg on top.
▢
Now once the top of the omelette looks kind of set, top it with a good amount of grated cheese on one side of the omelette.
▢
Fold it from both sides and serve with with bread toast.
